Kings Group Donates Office and Domestic Furniture to Four Institutions
Management of Kings Group of Companies, a leading furniture manufacturing company in Ghana, has donated several office and domestic furniture to four (4) institutions in Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis (STMA) in the Western Region.
The beneficiary institutions include the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS), the Ghana Prison Service, the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (STMA), and the Effia-Kwesimintsim Municipal Assembly (EKMA).
Mr. Sylvester Annan-Mensah, General Manager of the Company, who presented the items at a brief ceremony, said the company recognized the efforts of the beneficiary institutions and hence decided to assist them with furniture to support their official duties.
He added that the gesture was not the first time the company had taken such an initiative and will not be the last.
"We recognize the vital role these institutions play in our community, and we are committed to supporting them in their service to the people of Ghana."

ACF-1 Frederick Ohemeng, Western Regional Fire Commander, and Madam Yayra A. Ashong-Mettle, Western Regional Assistant Director of the Ghana Prisons Service, who received the items on behalf of the beneficiaries, expressed gratitude to Kings Group of Companies for the gesture.
They, therefore, called on other corporate bodies and the benevolent society to emulate the kind gesture of the Kings Group and come to their aid.
